Welcome to Spreeholic. By accessing or using spreeholic.com or any of our educational programs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Nature of Service — Educational Only

Spreeholic is an educational organization only. We are NOT a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, commodity trading advisor, futures commission merchant, or financial planner. Nothing on this website or within our courses constitutes personalized investment advice, a recommendation to buy or sell any security, or an offer to provide investment services.

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account.
• You may not share or transfer your account access to any other person.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on Spreeholic — including text, video, graphics, logos, course materials, software and designs — is owned by Spreeholic or its licensors and is protected by US and international copyright and trademark laws. You receive a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to access course materials for personal educational use only. You may NOT:

• Copy, redistribute, resell, sublicense, or publicly share course materials.
• Record live sessions.
• Use any Spreeholic content to train machine-learning or AI models.
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices.

5. Payments, Refunds and Subscriptions

All prices are listed in US dollars unless otherwise stated. We offer a 14-day refund window from the date of purchase. After 14 days, refund requests are reviewed case-by-case. Chargebacks filed without first contacting our support team may result in account termination.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the services for any unlawful purpose.
• Interfere with or disrupt the services or servers.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the services.
• Harass, abuse or harm other students, instructors or staff in community spaces.
• Scrape, mine or otherwise extract data without written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spreeholic and its officers, directors, employees and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or trading losses arising out of or in connection with your use of the services. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid Spreeholic in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Spreeholic, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims arising out of your use of the services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your license to access course materials ends, though sections regarding intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability and indemnification will survive.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email and/or a prominent notice on the website. Continued use of the services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
